The Collimator-5.LX (STD) – Limit-X manual version is a single-leaf parallel shutter, square field manual collimation system designed for precise and efficient x-ray beam collimation. With its lightweight, compact design and compatibility with all types of x-ray tube units, it is ideal for a wide range of general radiography applications.
Its primary function is to collimate the radiation beam from the x-ray tube assembly to match the exact size of the object being examined. The unit features smooth manual adjustment via front panel knobs, ensuring ease of use in both under-couch and over-couch operations.
